Since 2009, the National Theatre have been making world-class theatre accessible to audiences all around the world. Plays are filmed in front of a live audience and shown in local venues—now including the Apollo Theatre. So you will always have the best seat in the house—without having to catch a ferry! 

Every year The Apollo Players put on a season of seven shows in a whole range of theatrical styles and types of production; and now they are proud to present ‘National Theatre Live at the Apollo’.  They have a comfortable auditorium where you can watch the best of British drama in the ambience of a traditional theatre—and enjoy an interval drink in our cosy, well-priced bar.

To start off their new venture, The Apollo are proud to present ‘Dear England’ starring Joseph Fiennes on January 25^th, followed by ‘Vanya’, with Andrew Scott on February 22^nd.
