Trinity Theatre, Cowes will be staging the black comedy ‘Wife After Death’ by Eric Chappell from October 19th – 22nd.
At the funeral of Dave Thursby, comedian and national treasure, friends gather. There’s Harvey, his writer, and Vi, Harvey’s wife. Kevin, his agent and Jane, Kevin’s wife. The event has been organised by Dave’s glamorous widow who meets an unexpected guest. What do they really think of Dave? An awful lot it would seem.
The company received an Accolade of Excellence award for ‘Recipe For Murder’ produced by Dinah Bowman in June 2021, and ‘Wife After Death’ promises to be just as good.
