Going South for Winter follows the fortunes of William, a small hedgehog and his best friend Henry, an excitable squirrel. They have enjoyed the long hot summer days but now everything is changing, winter is almost upon them and though they’ve never experienced winter before everyone has told them how dark and cold it is and even worse for William, this means weeks and weeks of sleep. So our two adventurers decide to follow the example of the birds and set out on the journey of a lifetime to Africa to find hot sunny beaches and strange animals. 

This piece of theatre is ideal for those aged 9 and under with lots of audience participation and songs to entertain.
