Watch Out! The Anon Writers Are About!
Hello! We are the Anon Writers, and we’re thrilled to be given the opportunity to write some reviews and feature articles for you.
The Anon Writers are a group of young adults from various parts of the island that commune in Starbucks on a Saturday morning to write about whatever pops into our head.
Thanks to Independent Arts and Amy Mackelden, our project began in February 2016. The aim was to create a book, and create a book we did! On the 24th September 2016 we launched the Anonthology to the public, and received (we hope) positive feedback from far and wide.
At present we are working on our second book and, in doing so, looking to extend our repertoire! We would like to thank IW Theatre for an additional outlet for our voices. We hope that this will add to the creative expression on the Isle of Wight.
